I think John's first birthday spent with me was a success! I stayed the night at his house the night before... I slept on the couch! Just so I could hang up birthday signs, blow up balloons for decorations, and get him breakfast! I had to play my part and make his birthday perfect since I'm his fiancé! I had a big surprise for his present too! I had everybody that wanted to help give me money and I got him a WII! and a couple games! I thought it would be a really fun gaming system for our family to have and he loved it! so did my niece and nephews! We had a fun time that night playing the new games and of course we had NO cake, but John's favorite Chocolate Silk Pie! Later that night after everyone went home John wrote me a special note on my hand! I think it was his way of saying thanks for making it such a special day! I love him so much and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him!
