Emergency update!!! Don't know how I got so far behind!!!
I have had multiple people tell me I am behind on my blog and I know I am!!! Life has been so busy lately, but we have done so many fun things so this is going to be a quick update and then we will start fresh!! You see the main problem is my computer is broken! And all of my pictures are on my computer!!! Ahhhhhh okay it's not broken broken the battery is just fried and I have to have John get me a new one!! So what have we been up to since February?? Well the big news is we moved out of our apartment and into our new house!! We at officially first time homeowners and swimming in debt like the rest of the world!! I got a new job teaching preschool at kidsRkids learning center an I am loving every minute of it!!! Except that I am so stinking busy!! Also, both of us survived our second semester at UNLV!! Yay!!!! I finished my finals before John!! But, we both did great! Let me tell you it's not an easy thing having both of us going to school full time and now we are both working full time, we never see each other! We have done some fun things though over the past couple months! Las Vegas is growing on us! We went and rode the New York New York roller coaster, we attempted to see Disney on ice, we rode the big shot together on top of the stratosphere, and John being the insane man he is rode insanity with his friend Jeff Cheek! We also went to a missionary homecoming and John was the best man at Brian's wedding all in one weekend!, we went to Colorado to attend Taylor's missionary farewell!, we went to the Denver temple, and I was able to attend my friend summers wedding too! I was a beautfiul bridesmaid! Also, we went to our niece, Sevi's, baptism and supported mark as he participated in the iron man! What a challenge that was! My brother in-law is insane, but he finished!! They came to vegas and we went and played at chuck-e-cheese because we are the coolest aunt and uncle ever! I went to women's conference with my mom! Saw titanic in 3d with my mom and my sister and of course we ate mint brownies and went to the creamery every night!! I saw marry poppins the musical at the smith center with my family and my dad and John tore out our kitchen sink and completely replaced it! I painted my house with my younger siblings and we talked in sacrament meeting in our new ward, which we love!! It was my first time ever giving a grown up talk! It was an entire 15 minutes!! John did amazing and took up the rest of the time! Right after we did our talks we went and spent sunday with johns parents and for memorial day weekend we went hiking with my family and some friends at kanaraville falls!! Well that's a quick update!! Pictures to come soon!! We are definitely keeping ourselves busy lately!!!

One word.....
PACKING.....
The one thing I hate the most! Who likes packing though?? It felt like a never ending process... we did procrastinate it though... we didn't even have everything packed by the time my dad, Adam, James, and Darin Leon came to help us move... Luckily I had work so I missed the fun part haha John got to be in charge of moving day! My mom came later to help unpack stuff at the house and I headed over to the house as soon as I got off work!
Boxes, Boxes, and MORE Boxes... I can't wait till all the boxes are finally gone forever!! YAY!!

The Painting Crew!!
Not exactly the kind of painting crew you would expect, but we had a lot of fun! My younger siblings are the best they came and helped me paint! I had so much fun picking out the colors we were going to put in our brand new house! The entire house is painted like an oatmeal brown color so we just added some accent walls. I have always wanted a red wall in my kitchen and Ashley and Krissy Anne made it happen! I even made them do 2 coats and it turned out beautiful!! All the kids had a lot of fun painting and we went swimming for the first time in my neighborhood pool as well. However, about two hours into the painting process I began to think... what was I thinking?? It was a handful having young kids paint a brand new carpeted house, but it was worth it! We happened to get some colors in spots they weren't supposed to be, but I just touched it up later!
Me and Bubba! He pretty much painted my entire down stairs bathroom by himself. Brina gave up after one tiny section she said she was tired! But not Austin he loved painting!!
Brina tired from painting! Man, I wore these kids out! By the time we went back to my apartment they went right to bed!!
These two pictures are of JoJo and Krissy painting my craft room!!! I cannot wait until I get my craft/jewelry/scrapbook room all set up!!
I went over a couple nights before the kids came and I blue taped my based boards and everything else I didn't want the kids painting!! Haha I also layer down some plastic tarps too so they wouldn't paint my floors! When John got off work he bought little caesars pizza and we all ate pizza in our big, empty, painted house!
When my parents came to see our house and pick up the kids on sunday I made chicken alfrado for dinner! They came to our apartment and then we all drove over to the house together!! Nana came too!! Well when we were at the house my dad and John attempted to figure out why none of the lights in our fans weren't working! Well in order to do so they had to take the entire fan apart! It was quit the adventure. I remember John saying, "Fans are a lot heavier then they look!" and he was balancing on a really wobbly wooden ladder we found in the backyard. I snapped this picture of the two of them and Ashy decided to pose in the background; she was supposed to be holding the ladder steady so john wouldn't fall!!

Sevi's Special Day!!
One of the best things in life is being an AUNT!! I love my nieces and nephews so much! and I am so proud of Sevi and her decision to be baptized and I am so happy we were there to see it! John did a great job on giving the talk on baptism and I attempted to play the piano! Some music is better then no music! and I'm so sad because I never got a picture of Sevi in her dress.... I don't know how I managed that... me the picture queen! But, I did take some really cute pictures of the kids for my wall in my house! After Sevi's baptism we went out to eat dinner with the whole family it was delicious! and after dinner John and I being the cool Uncle and Aunt that we are took the four big kids to race the go-carts! John, Ben, and I drove and Sevi, Ash Man, and Brecken rode passenger!
