We've had a couple fun FHE lessons this month. We talked about being Happy and having a Happy face! and we talked about Jesus is happy when we choose the right! FHE with a toddler is difficult, but I know it is most important that we spend time as a family! We also went to the indoor swimming pool one Monday this month and had a lot of fun swimming together and we got ice cream afterwards!

Picture Perfect Father's Day
These pictures capture the love and admiration they have for each other perfectly! He is Naethanael's favorite Super Hero by far! they are best friends! John glows every time he talks about NaeNae and when they laugh together time stands still.
This Father's Day I got to spend it not only with my Husband who is the sweetest most patient daddy to our little boy, but also my dad! I haven't done that since I've been married. We were so excited to be in Idaho with family! and my mom's Father's Day dinner was delicious! I was impressed with her meatloaf wrapped in bacon. We ended the day with all the kiddos tucked in and turned on McFarland!

Naethanael and I worked together to make a surprise for daddy! Naethanael loves to paint a lot!... so with the help of Pinterest and our arts & crafts we made this for Johnn using his hand and foot, then he insisted on painting more pictures!

Ice, Ice, Baby!
A little fun in the sun! trying out our new pool in our HUGE backyard... That's a new thing! and I froze army men in a giant bowl for NaeNae to explore and work on hammering out while the ice melted. It kept us occupied all morning. success!

Farewell Coo Coo, We LOVE you!
I was so happy and so grateful my sister could come spend a couple days with us before she leaves on her mission. She helped me unpack and organize our rental, we set up her mission blog, she played with NaeNae, he wanted to do everything coo coo did and he really wanted her to read him stories. He loves his auntie and I love my sister. I can't wait to see the people she is going to bless and how much she is going to learn and grow in Oklahoma!
