Huntington Beach, Labor Day Weekend 2014

We LOVE our little BEACH BUM! Naethanael loved his second trip to the beach! The weather was perfect, sunny, not to hot, but we loved soakin up the California Sunshine!! Honestly, the beach is good for the soul! 

Spending our Saturday with good friends, eating delicious food (Ruby Tuesdays for dessert, and our new favorite find Bruxie! a sandwich on a waffle!) napping to the sound of waves, squishing sand between our toes, walking the pier, looking at the market, and marveling at gods creation! 

wishing i could freeze time! i LOVE this curly haired, brown eyed boy! from the top of his head down to his tiny cute toes!

Day Before and Day of First Day of School

First day of school, First day of school! He's a caterpillar and starting his first full school year as a UNLV preschool REBEL! last year doesn't really count since he started mid year! What do you want to be when you grow up Naethanael?...... no response. Daddy says he wants to be a baseball player (he throws everything). we love this munchkin! 

Happy 1st Emmett

NaeNae loves playing with his cousins! Happy first birthday sweet Emmett! We love you and thanks for sharing your cake! Jacob and Naethanael had us laughing so hard when they helped themselves to Emmett's cake! 

a GRAMMY date!

We got to the museum a few minutes before my mom so I attempted to take Naethanael's picture, all I wanted was a smile! and this is what I got... oh how I love the facial expressions i get from this boy of mine!

NaeNae and I had a date with Grammy today! we went to the Shark Reef Aquarium and Discovery Children's Museum. Maryanne joined us, along with Nathan, Alex, and Caleb. We had a ton of fun at both the Museum and the Aquarium. Naethanael loves his uncles and his GRAMMY so stinking much it's adorable!

HOT HOT HOT, H2O is a must!

This summer we have lived in the POOL! it has been HOT HOT HOT! we come home from school change into our suits and dive in! Occassionally on the weekends we have gone to my parent house to swim with the kids and I took NaeNae to the splash pad at Town Square for the first time, at first he wasn't to sure why the water was coming out of the ground, but then he started to like it more! Can I just say he rocks his neon swim trunks and he loves to wear his water shoes! He tries to put them on even when we're not going swimming! 

 this little boy is a fish! he isn't scared to put his head in the water and he's very good at holding his breath and not swallowing the pool water! he really likes his floating device it gives him more freedom in the pool to go where he wants, but his still not swimming independently yet. We've also had season passes to Wet N Wild this summer! NaeNae loves the lazy river the most and the slide he can go on with mommy and daddy! I don't have pictures because it's a pain to carry my phone around Wet N Wild! 

Can we say spoiled!!! Daddy even bought NaeNae a little pool for our backyard! He thinks he can go in it whenever he pleases even with his clothes on! Occasionally he even jumps in it with his bare bottom! he loves to eat his fruit snacks and Popsicle's in the Wa Wa because he doesn't want to stop playing and get out!
